We are making sure the order get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 3-18 business days from the date that it is placed.
Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country. You'd better find out about the import tax situation in your own country.
Order Delivery
- In-stock items:
The general delivery time is about 3~5 days. When you confirm your order, it will pass quality control and packaging within 3 days, some items that require complex handcrafting may take longer.
- Out-of-stock items:
If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you can place a special order for the out-of-stock item. It usually takes about 2 weeks for the ordered item to be produced.
- Customized Items:
If you choose to customize items, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production. Delivery date can only be ESTIMATED

Package and security
The merchandises are delivered in special container provided by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT/EMS.
