Return & Exchange Policy

一、Return policy

Thank you for choosing FLYNEE JEWELRY as your source for your fashion jewelry needs.  We do our best to provide you with the best service in order to provide you with a perfect experience.  Our orders are 100% inspected before being sent out. Once there is a problem with your order, we will handle and follow up in a timely manner. If the following happens, we offer a money-back guarantee, so you can buy with confidence.

  1. Lost package: Once confirmed at any time, full refund within 3 days
  2. Out of stock: report within 3 days after receiving the order, and get a partial refund within 3 days
  3. Product damage: report within 3 days after receiving the order, and obtain a partial refund within 3 days

Any refund request will be denied and we will not be responsible for any issues arising from the following situations, but we will always assist you until the issue is resolved:

  • Order not received due to mailing address error caused by you
  • The order was not received due to customs clearance or tax reasons caused by you

二、Return process

If it's a product issue, we offer a faster, easier way to handle return requests.  We do not accept returns for non-product issues. Valid only within 7 days of receipt of package.

  1. Take a photo or video and contact our customer service to submit a return application.
  2. After confirming the problem, obtain a return authorization and return address from us and ship the item back to us.
  3. We will refund the refund to your payment account within 3 working days after receiving your package.

三、Return conditions

  1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be in unused condition within 7 days of delivery and with original packaging.
  3. All returned products must be securely packaged using appropriate shipping materials and arrive at Flynee undamaged.
  4. Items must be unscratched, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. (Note: Refunds will not be issued if such items are not reported promptly.)
  6. Freebies are calculated based on your order total.  If the value of your purchase is below the minimum upon return, we will not be able to provide you with a free gift.  If you decide to keep the gift, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

四、Return freight

  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer and we do not provide a prepaid return label.
  • The buyer is not responsible for shipping costs once the goods received are damaged or incorrect.

五、Return Instructions

  • Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take 7-30 days to arrive at our address.
  • Please keep proof of your return receipt and send it back with the tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit.  Flynee Jewelry will not issue a refund if you cannot provide proof that we did not receive your return package.
